Greenwood Academy is the first and only care service education provider for International Students in Sydney that is CRICOS registered and recognised as a National Registered Training Organisation (RTO) under Australian Qualifications Framework. We provide professional animal care knowledge and skills with our dedicated, passionate, industrial-experienced trainers, along with practical placement opportunities in corporate businesses and institutions.
Foreseeing a rapid growth of high-quality pet care services demand, our goal is to equip students from diverse multinational backgrounds with leading animal care services industry skills by providing practical experience and tutoring. We aim at providing engaging, sustainable lifelong knowledge and skills to ensure our graduates will be the industry-leading professionals of the future.
We offer a face-to-face Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming Elective) program for international students in the heart of Sydney City. Through opportunities of engaging in hands-on practical activities, and various industry partners, we empower students with hands-on pet styling skills, knowledge of pet health and wellbeing knowledge, as well as an understanding of animal behaviour and emotion. This comprehensive training, designed by our faculty coordinator Naomi Conro, is delivered at the highest level.
